Exactly one year has passed since we breathed new life into Creepypasta.org, and now is finally the time to unveil our latest evolution; we are proud to announce that Creepypasta.org will now be known as Nightscribe. From henceforth, you’ll be able to find us at our new home Nightscribe.co.
But fear not, as darkness remains our domain — and with this change, we’re ready to welcome even more tales that haunt, thrill, and intrigue. Let’s uncover the shadows and have a look at what this transformation means for you!
Our Dark Library Expands
Your unsettling Creepypastas have long filled our eldritch digital library, but with Nightscribe, we are opening the gates to many more tales of shadows and dark secrets. We welcome you to submit any stories that delve into horror, thriller, mystery, fantasy, sci-fi, weird fiction, and more. Nightscribe is no longer just a place for terror — we’re a haven for all tales of the strange and uncanny. “Tales of the Night” perfectly captures the broad spectrum of unsettling and enigmatic stories you’ll find here from now on.
A New Identity, The Same Team
While our name has changed, we want you to know that the heart of our platform remains the same. Nightscribe is still run by the same team who brought you Creepypasta.org all the way back in 2013, and we’re here to stay.
Our journey to Nightscribe began with a deep personal love for horror and unsettling stories. Back in 2013, when the then-major Creepypasta website was shut down, we stepped in, creating Creepypasta.org as a new home for these eerie tales to thrive. Over the years, even during our indefinite hiatus, our passion never wavered, and it became clear to us that our vision for Creepypasta.org had never been fully realized.
The seed for Nightscribe was first planted in 2017, but it was only last year that we finally rose to the task of creating a place where the strange, the dark, and the uncanny could flourish — not just in horror, but across many genres. Now, after years of learning and growing, we’re confident that we can finally bring this vision to life.
We are committed more than ever to make Nightscribe the ultimate destination for those who crave the dark, the weird, and the mysterious, and we hope you’ll follow us on this uncharted path!
