Our Dark Library Expands
Your creepypastas have long filled our library with nightmares. With Nightscribe, we're opening the gates to horror, thriller, mystery, fantasy, sci-fi, weird fiction, and more. If your story takes readers somewhere strange or uncanny, we'd love to read it.
"Tales of the Night" is how we describe this broader mix, with room for dark secrets and mysteries as well as outright terror.
A New Identity, The Same Team
Nightscribe is still run by the same team who brought you Creepypasta.org back in 2013, and we're here to stay.
We started Creepypasta.org out of a love for horror and unsettling stories. When the then-major Creepypasta website shut down in 2013, we stepped in to give those tales a new home.
Even during our long hiatus, we kept thinking about what we wanted the site to become. The idea for Nightscribe first took shape in 2017, but it was only last year that we returned to building a home for strange fiction across genres.
There's still plenty we want to do. We want Nightscribe to be the place you turn to when you have a dark tale to tell or need something unsettling to read, and we hope you'll help us make it that.
