Greetings enjoyers of the haunted season! We want to wish everyone wonderfully wicked Halloween, and give you a little update on what's been brewing behind the scenes.
In last year's end of year review, we already hinted at our next major platform update, which will bring even more creative tools for authors, a smoother reading experience, and a completely reworked publishing system that finally gets rid of the infamously slow submission queue.
Because of the amount of work involved in delivering this update to you as soon as possible, we’ve decided not to run a Halloween contest this year. We know that might disappoint some of you (last year’s contest was a definite highlight for us too), but right now we feel our team's efforts are best spent designing, coding, and testing what we've internally coined as Nightscribe 2.0.
With that being said, thank you for sticking with us through this busy stretch, for sharing your stories, and for keeping the community alive and growing.
